What is TCM? (Traditional Chinese Medicine)
TCM, above all, sees the human body as an organic whole, a complete system made up of physical structures, emotions, mind and spirit. It does not separate your body into parts, nor does it just treat one part of your body. In the TCM view, everything in the body is woven together into a seamless whole; all parts have a relationship with one another.
TCM understands that emotional, mental and spiritual elements are as important as the body’s physical properties in terms of health. Everything is connected. Physical symptoms are simply messages from the body that something is energetically out of balance. These messages guide the practitioner’s assessment and interventions to restore balance and harmony to the body, mind and emotions. Interventions such as Qigong Meridian Therapy, Medical Qigong, Acupressure, Acupuncture and Qigong are ancient techniques used by practitioners.
What is Qi?
Qi is energy. And so much more. It is power, information, consciousness, wisdom. It is the source of life. It is the Universal life force and the interconnection of everything in the Universe. Qi is everywhere and can be accessed for healing.
What is Qigong?
Qigong is energy movement or exercise. It is an ancient art that has its roots thousands of years ago and is a powerful tool for self-healing. Qigong is not a physical exercise. It is a practice that uses movements and postures to break down energy blockages. When practiced daily it allows one to access and use Universal Qi for health and healing.

Qigong is a time-honored healing practice that was discovered through deep meditation. Its origin dates back to ancient times, where masters observed the interplay of energies in nature and applied them to the human body. Through diligent Qigong practice, one can tap into their body’s inherent healing potential. The quality and consistency of practice, as well as self-cultivation, are key to realizing its full benefits.
