Good Evening!
I have become more aware of what brings me joy. When I am busy, busy, busy...or bored...I make a conscious effort to tap into what brings me joy. And that feeling comes from the heart, not the mind.
My list includes gardening, baking, cooking, food shopping, enhancing my living space by rearranging furniture, walking in nature, practicing my qigong, listening to music and dancing, crocheting - just to name a few of my favorite things. Today I did some much needed cleaning and felt joy for having done so.
The feeling of joy is good for your heart and nurtures your soul. It is also very good for your health.
So what gives you joy? Find it and do it. For your health.
"Using Your Creative Gifts
Every woman is born with creative gifts. Our life situations stem from the way we choose to live our lives and the decisions we make in life. Some of us choose to use that creativity to birth a new human, while others choose to use that creativity to birth other forms of very real life–art, music, expression, business, personal growth, adventure. And still others choose to give birth to life in many forms—human and otherwise.
However we choose to use that inborn gift of creativity, the message is not to squander or stifle it. If repressed, it can end up expressing itself as negative health issues down the road. As with all held emotions/issues, they must go somewhere. If creativity is not used in a “positive” form, it will find a way to manifest.
How are you using your inborn gift of creativity? Try some of these creative endeavors, and see which one strikes you!
Free-spirited dances

Painting a dramatic new color on your walls
Act without overthinking and hesitation
The list goes on and on. How can you express your own creativity?"
