Keep Your Emotional Qi Flowing

Good Morning:
October has been eventful. The Northern Lights have been visible to some due to the Sun's activity and advances in cell phone technology. The colors of Fall have been more vibrant, with the trees showing off their red and golden hues. Wind, rain and tropical storms have impacted many that are still in recovery mode. News of the world affects us all. And Halloween is only days away as is the presidential election.
Need I say more? With emotions running high, you may feel stressed, angry, depressed, sad or anxious.
One way to remedy this is to do something you love - that makes you cry or laugh - that brings you joy. The key is to stimulate an emotion that brings a visible reaction - to keep your emotional energy (Qi) flowing.
Another very effective technique to achieve relief from emotional stress is this Taoist cleansing practice. It involves screaming from your gut (not your throat), then crying, and lastly smiling:
